Shodan Certificate Presentation

Michella Cabingas and Caehlaen Wyatt Balmores were presented with their official Japan Karate Shoto Federation (JKS) shodan - first degree black belt - certificates at the Wednesday practice by Lahaina Dojo head instructor Walter Chihara.
The serene atmosphere of the Lahaina Hongwanji Mission and the beautiful October weather on Maui on this day made the presentation all the more special for Michella and Caehlaen. Both put in a lot of effort and time in earning the dan ranking.
